Research On Ecological Innovation Ability And Performance Evaluation Of Science And Technology Park Of Changzhou City

As an important concentration foundation of high-tech industries,science and technology parks play a leading role in the field of ecological innovation.Science and Technology Park is also in the forefront of other regions in ecological innovation and green innovation.Science and Technology Parks of Changzhou have achieved remarkable economic benefits in recently 30 years.However,the development of science and technology parks is faced with enormous challenges as the advantages of the national policies of attracting investment and tax revenue to science and technology parks have gradually disappeared.In order to maintain the original advantages and achieve further development,Changzhou Science and Technology Park must change its original economic growth mode,which is mainly driven by material input,and turn to the innovation factor drive and realize the innovation-driven development.Innovative economy led by innovation.In this paper,the research background and the main research contents are first expounded.According to the importance and necessity of ecological innovation elaborated in the research background and significance,three main research contents and technical routes are put forward in this paper,so as to determine the purpose of the research.Secondly,based on the definition and characteristics of ecological innovation,as well as the evaluation methods of ecological innovation ability and performance,this paper systematically reviews the literature on ecological innovation.This paper analyzes the development status of Changzhou Science and Technology Park and its ecological innovation,which lays a literature and factual foundation for the construction of this model and the theoretical and empirical research.Thirdly,this paper respectively analyzes the ecological innovation of 10 major science and technology parks in Changzhou city from the aspects of ecological innovation ability and ecological innovation performance,and the model of empirical analysis is factor analysis and the super-efficiency DEA model.The empirical study shows that except Changzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone,Wujin High-tech Industrial Development Zone and Changzhou Tianning Economic Development Zone,the ecological innovation ability of other science and technology parks is insufficient.For most of science and technology parks of Changzhou city,the ecological innovation performance is stronger.Finally,this paper classifies the science and technology parks from the rank of ecological innovation ability and ecological innovation performance,and gives the countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects of ecological innovation ability and ecological innovation performance according to the classification situation.
