| Promoting scientific and technological innovation is a strategic goal clearly stated at the party’s 18 th National Congress.Since then,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions on the development of science and technology innovation in the new era,and formed a set of scientific and technological innovation ideas with scientific systems.Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the crucial role of scientific and technological innovation in green development and the ecological civilization,and he also has pointed out the increasingly serious environmental pollution problem and put forward a beautiful China’s development strategy to build blue sky,green land and water clear relying on more and better scientific and technological innovation.At the same time,he stresses that the development of scientific and technological innovation should be based on the integration of green development throughout the whole process."Ecological" has become the due meaning of scientific and technological innovation in the new era of China.Xi Jinping’s scientific and technological innovation thoughts reflect the integration of the concept and thinking of ecology in the whole process of scientific and technological innovation.On the one hand,we must rely on scientific and technological innovation to solve the environmental pollution problems and build a beautiful China.We also need to rely on technological innovation to solve the problem of green development,and strive to develop the relationship between man and nature harmoniously.On the other hand,Xi Jinping also puts forward ecological requirements for the development of science and technology innovation.Science and technology innovation must adhere to the starting point of conforming to ecological laws,pay attention to ecological protection in the whole process,and build ecological civilization as what to go after in technological innovation.This is an inevitable choice for development,and a realistic need to solve the problem of ecological environment,also an inherent requirement for realizing economic transformation and development,and an inherent requirement for building an ecological civilization.At the same time,it highlights China’s tremendous efforts to alleviate the emergency situation of the global ecological crisis.Based on the Marxist scientific and technological thoughts and the relatively mature research on the present ecological problem of scientific and technological innovation in the academic circle,this paper believes that the internal logic of the ecological problem of Xi Jinping scientific and technological innovation thought is shown as follows: on the one hand,scientific and technological innovation can promote the construction of ecological civilization;on the other hand,the relation between the progress of science and technology is inseparable from the construction of ecological civilization.The requirements for ecological laws are as follows: scientific and technological innovation should meet the development requirements of circular economy,green development and sustainable development.Through the ecological exploration of Xi Jinping thought on science and technology innovation,this paper answers the questions of how the construction of ecological civilization requires the cause of scientific and technological innovation in China and how to rely on the power of scientific and technological innovation to commit to the construction of ecological civilization and other issues about sustainable development in the new era.The author hopes to have an accurate grasp of the ecological issue of Xi Jinping thought on scientific and technological innovation. |
