State-owned investment company is a special type of enterprise in China.It has always played an important role in social and economic life and has a special function.F Investment Co.,Ltd.was established in December 2007 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan.It is the first state-owned development investment company established in Henan Province according to the modern enterprise system.With the expansion of the company's scale,the number of employees has also increased,management problems have become increasingly prominent,and the traditional management methods of the original reference administrative units are stretched.As an investment company with a local government background,the company's current performance appraisal system cannot take into account all employees on the job,there are insufficient performance appraisal indicators,insufficient performance data collection,lack of feedback on assessment results and performance improvement guidance,excessive average assessment Incentives lead to low enthusiasm for employees,and they cannot fully utilize the advantages of human resources and affect the realization of the company's strategic goals.The article takes the problem as the entry point,refers to and analyzes the company's current situation and the original assessment system,asks questions,analyzes the reasons,combines the actual situation of the post work,and takes the company's strategic goals as the guide,refining the performance indicators and work indicators of each post,according to business performance.The three dimensions of business ability and professional ethics(work attitude)reconstruct the evaluation index system,and use the weight factor judgment table method to determine the weight to ensure the rationality and scientific design of the performance test system.In the design of countermeasures,the article focuses on the improvement of the importance of performance,the linkage of performance appraisal and incentive mechanism,the optimization of performance communication and feedback mechanism,and the strengthening of performance supervision.This paper attempts to analyze and research the problems existing in F-investment limited liability company,and find out the common problems in the performance management of investment companies similar to government backgrounds,and fully explore the deep-seated reasons,and analyze these problems and causes.With the research,the corresponding operational and scientific performance appraisal program is proposed to provide the basis for the management research of the same type of investment company.
