Performance appraisal can be used as an important tool to improve the performance of enterprises and employees in the normal development of enterprises occupy an increasingly important position,effective and perfect performance appraisal system can significantly improve the staff's performance for the enterprise's human resources Departments to provide basis for management decisions.Performance appraisal as a management activity,with complexity and multiple sensitivity,so the company should be most concerned about is how to make a scientific,reasonable and effective staff performance system,and how to implement in order to better play the role of the performance system,And to achieve the ultimate strategic objectives of the enterprise.This paper focuses on the performance appraisal system of SDT Company,and then guides the improvement of other similar enterprise performance appraisal system.(MBO),Key Performance Indicators(KPI),Balanced Scorecard(BSC)and other performance appraisal methods and methods,combined with the SDT Enterprise(SDT),the SDT Its strategic objectives,SDT enterprise strategic objectives will be converted into a balanced performance appraisal index system and gradually decomposed,according to the different time of these performance indicators to assess the actual situation,put a set of SDT employees performance appraisal as the standard System model for the final strategic objectives of the establishment of the foundation.
