Research On Development Environment And Strategy Of Edible Fungi Industry In Hailin City

At present,China's edible fungus industry has achieved long-term development and has become the world's largest import and export country.In addition,the edible fungus industry has become an important economic pillar in many regions and a major source of income for local people.Since 2012,the edible fungus industry in hailin city has gradually changed from small industry to large industry.Hailin in China has very rich forestry resources,and enjoy "hericium of the township" reputation,with the economic development,hailin has the edible fungus industry as a key investment project,the fungus farmers a lot of policy support,capital investment,construction of knowledge training,association help all,hailin of edible fungus industry has got a further development.In hailin city,a variety of edible mushroom industry as everywhere,and gradually become the main economic source of the masses.Hailin edible fungus industry was able to get rapid development,mainly because has many advantages and foundation,and with the continuous development of edible fungus industry,with the increasing competition in the market,hailin edible fungus industry will face more challenges,how to make edible fungus industry to better development,is the main content of this study.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which summarizes the background and significance of this research,the current research status at home and abroad,the research content,methods and technical routes.By collecting a large amount of data,this paper provides a favorable basis for the writing of this paper.The second part is the basic concept and theory,including the concept,value and research theory of edible fungus.The third part is the analysis of the development status of edible fungi in Hailin city.Then,the geographical environment,economic environment and development process of edible fungi in Hailin city were reviewed and analyzed.A large number of survey data provided scientific basis for this study.The fourth part is the SWOT analysis of the development of edible fungus industry in Hailin city,and the advantages of ecological environment,land resources,production experience,industrial foundation,product quality and marketing in the development of edible fungus industry are explored.Find out the disadvantages of edible fungus industry,such as small production scale,weak brand awareness,less capital investment and less support.To promote the development of edible fungus industry by taking advantage of such opportunities as ecological value,industrial development,scientific research support and increased demand.The paper analyzes the disadvantages of the edible fungus industry,such as the weakening of labor force advantage,the poor reutilization of resources,the security of edible fungus,and the fierce market competition.The fifth part is the countermeasure for the development of edible fungus industry in Hailin city.It formulates the countermeasure from the aspects of development goal,industrial pattern,marketing mode,technological innovation and government support.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the whole paper and analyzes the innovation and deficiency of this research.
