Research On Process Optimization To FengHuo Comunication Group Co.,Ltd New Product Process Research

In recent years for meeting the requirements of the customers development of new products has increasingly become the core for successful management of the enterprise.The ability to rapidly manufacture the new products with high quality and low costs is the key for deciding the enterprise to be success or failure.Fenghuo Communications Group is a backbone enterprise for researching,developing and producing the communication equipments and the electro-acoustic devices in China.With the development of our Group its traditional organization structure,traditional functional process of the R&D departments for military products has no longer been suitable to the management demand for modern information technology projects.It is urgently necessary to optimize the business process for researching and developing for shortening the development cycle,improving the development efficiency and saving the developments costs.In this paper the problem occurring during the R&S management of the military products of Fenghuo Communications Group,application of the related theory and the technology,such as business process optimization,concurrent engineering and so on has been analyzed and reviewed,and the plan for optimization is put forward.First theory about the optimization of the business process and concurrent engineering is summarized.Second the R&D process for military products of Fenghuo Communications Group is analyzed,the main factors affecting the R&S efficiency and the main process are identified.Third for affecting factors applying related theory of basic industry engineering from the whole,local to the detail analysis has been taken.Design has been optimized to the current process,including the R&S organization and basic process of the military products for Fenghuo Communications Group.Actives during the process has been determined by ESIA(elimination,simplification,integration and automation).Serial non-value-added activities of the main line during the process has been eliminated and incorporated.The check process for achievements of the R&D personnel has been optimized.As a whole from three aspects,such as organization mechanism,the R&D process and pay incentives has been optimized.Finally the new process is applied on the projects,like the wireless network radio,and it is proved that the time is saved,efficiency is improved and the optimized process is scientific and feasible for research and development of our company.
