Food Safety Knowledge And Emergency Disposal Capacity And Influencing Factors Among The Practitioners Of Food Production And Restaurants In Economic-technological Development Area Of Changchun

Objective: This survey was designed to assess the Demographic characteristics,the awareness of knowledge of food safety emergency,comprehensive disposal capacity of food safety emergency events of practitioners engaged in the production and operation of food and related products in Economic-Technological Development Area of Changchun,and this survey was also to explore the related factors especially demographic characteristics that influenced the food safety emergency awareness and comprehensive disposal capacity of food safety emergency events.Furthermore,we wanted to discover the relationship between the awareness of knowledge of food safety emergency and comprehensive disposal capacity of food safety emergency events.At last,some advices about improving the ability of emergency disposal would be proposed.Methods:The questionnaire survey was conducted by random choice method among 1032 practitioners engaged in the production and operation of food and related products by stratified cluster sampling in Economic-Technological Development Area of Changchun.The contents included demographic characteristics,the awareness of food safety emergency knowledge and comprehensive disposal capacity of food safety emergency events.We established a database,chosed percentage method and comprehensive method score to describe the awareness of food safety emergency knowledge level and comprehensive disposal capacity of food safety emergency events.F test was also selected to analysis the awareness of food safety emergency knowledge and comprehensive disposal capacity of food safety emergency events under different demographic characteristics,and Linear stepwise regression was used to filter the main factors affecting the awareness of food safety emergency knowledge.We also selected Independent-Samples F test,Spearman correlation analysis to reveal the relationship between the awareness of food safety emergency knowledge and comprehensive disposal capacity of food safety emergency events.Results:(1)The score rate of food safety emergency related problems is only 31.62%,the mastery of knowledge is poor.(2)The overall score rate of comprehensive disposal capacity of food safety emergency events was 37.94%.(3)There is a close relationship between the awareness of food safety emergency knowledge and comprehensive disposal capacity of food safety emergency events of the respondents is proportional to the ratio.Suggestions:(1)Establishing and perfecting the system of food safety emergency work.(2)Increase the emergency education of food safety.(3)Promote to establish evaluation index system for food safety emergency capability.(4)Strengthen emergency rehearsal for food safety.
