Food Safety Trust Of Consumers And Coping Policy Research

As the people are most concerned,the interests of food safety issues are constantly threatening people's health,affecting the stability and development of society,but also on the government's regulatory capacity and credibility to form a major test.Consumers for the safety of food safety,to a certain extent,reflects the reality of China's food safety situation,but also a profound impact on the government's administrative behavior.In this context,it is of great academic value and practical significance to study the food safety trust and coping policy of consumers.Based on the questionnaire survey of 1012 urban residents in Changsha,this study used SPSS software to analyze the survey data.First of all,this study describes the food knowledge,consumption frustration and understanding of food safety accidents in Changsha urban residents.The results show that the urban residents in Changsha have little knowledge of food knowledge,and a considerable number of urban residents have Over the experience of consumer frustration,most of the urban residents in recent years occurred in the food safety incident more understanding.Secondly,by examining the level of food safety trust and internal structure of urban residents,it is found that the level of food safety trust of urban residents is generally low.After factor analysis of food safety trust variables,this study has put forward the relationship between edible agricultural products and industrial processed foods Trust two common factors.In the end,a variety of linear regression models were established to analyze the impact mechanism of food safety trust in urban residents.The results showed that both food safety trust and frustrating experience affect the consumer's food safety trust level to varying degrees.Based on the above research results,this study from the promotion of effective dissemination of food safety information,the establishment of multiple interest demands expression mechanism,the development of open and transparent food safety incident response measures,improve the food safety supervision and management system,etc.,to improve China's food safety management Model,to improve consumer confidence in food safety to provide a little advice.
