Research On Improvement Of Unit Production Management For Navigation Products In F Company

Along with the rapid progress in science and technology,the user needs tend to be changeable,aviation product research and development in our country has entered a market demand for a variety of new period,many varieties of small batch products demand has become the mainstream market,thus brings to the production management a new and higher requirements.Unitized production,as a kind of production mode that can adapt to multiple varieties and small displacement,will provide a more efficient manufacturing mode for China's manufacturing industry through its promotion and application in enterprises.First of all,this paper USES the literature analysis method to review the existing research results,and sorts out the domestic and foreign researches on lean production,unitized production,process reconstruction and informatization.Secondly,based on the analysis of system level F products division products on the basis of production units,from the business division of labor,product engineering,testing,software aspects to understand the status quo of A cluster and C unitized manufacturing clusters,and find out the existing problems.Then,in view of the existing problems,the management improvement schemes such as establishing the maturity evaluation standard,optimizing the unit flow and establishing information-based unit management are proposed.Finally,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the improvement scheme of the management of unitized management are given.In this paper,it points out the direction of unitized construction by establishing quantitative evaluation system of unitized maturity,which is conducive to strengthening the correction of deviation and achieving the goal of self-improvement.Second,the idea of process reengineering is adopted to improve some on-site processes,optimize the production process and improve the production efficiency.Third,through the construction of field information management system and system integration test system,the management process of unit production has been solidified.Research significance of this article is: first,through to the unitary production of system-level F products division management,optimization,to enhance the efficiency of the existing production unit,for China's aviation industry to provide more and better products.Secondly,it has a strong reference to other units in the aviation industry through the sample of production management of multiple varieties and small batches produced by F company.
