The theories of Business Process Reengineering originated in the nineties of last century,after nearly 30 years of development,the academic research on this theory is still hot.Accompanied by a large number of process transformation failure cases,the theory also caused a lot of criticism.In essence,the enterprise business process reengineering complex,can be regarded as a systematic project,after the implementation of the process to give enterprises a fundamental change in the system so that the development of enterprises a major turning point: the successful implementation of business process reengineering enterprises,The business process can be optimized,the enterprise will be rejuvenated,or the successful realization of strategic transformation,or to achieve leapfrog development;and process reengineering failure,it will not only result in a large number of wasteful enterprise resources such as consequences,and may even cause the enterprise Management is more chaotic,so that the enterprise into a closed position.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the theory of BPR,there are many key factors in the BPR,including the definition of the enterprise strategic thinking,the recognition of its own problems,the grasp of the opportunity of reengineering,the organization,the financial strength and pressure capacity And many other factors.As for the research of this paper,the key factors for the success of the company are the cognition and analysis of its own problems,the formulation of the plan and the smooth execution of the project.This paper first analyzes the organization structure of NS Company and the status quo and existing problems of the J department,and finds out the crux of the problem.Then,based on the value chain model,this paper puts forward the general plan of the process reengineering of the J department of NS company.That is to build the core business process of the J department with the new design pattern.The general business process is optimized by system reforming mode.At the same time,through the gradual implementation of the recycling process,and in the implementation of the PDCA model with continuous improvement,the basic completion of the J business process reengineering.Finally,by comparing the changes of the J business department before and after the process reengineering,the paper concludes the conclusion that the process reengineering of the J business department is basic success,with a view to providing reference for the business process system construction of the non-monopoly state-owned manufacturing enterprises.manufacturing enterprises to provide a reference.
