After nearly 20 years of vigorous development,the scale of China's real estate industry is very large.According to the National Statistics show that by the end of 2014,China's real estate development enterprises 9.4 million homes this year completed investment reached 9.5 trillion yuan,employing more than 276 people,sustained and stable development of China's economic contribution to the great powers.At present,China is in the macroeconomic downside,businesses upgrade period.Real estate companies how to adapt to the new situation of economic development,how to promote the healthy growth of enterprises to adapt to a new round of competition is a common problem faced by real estate companies.Therefore,how to promote the healthy,stable and sustainable development has become a hot social issues of common concern and the focus of the real estate industry.The quality of the macroeconomic environment,the real estate industry trends are objective factors,enterprises themselves can not control.However,companies can improve their management level to enhance their overall competitiveness.Business after a period of rapid development,integration of internal resources,strengthening internal management is also an important strategic choice.Therefore,this article from the internal project management point of view,in order to build the project management maturity evaluation index system of real estate development enterprises as the core.First,the maturity of the relevant theoretical knowledge introduced,laid the theoretical basis for this article.Secondly,the real estate development project is an important part of the key points,identify the impact of each factor of the development of links,summarized,quantization,find out the 10 key factors and 35 key indicators,and then build a suit of Real Estate evaluation system development project.Finally,the treasure Jinzhou Group as an example of the evaluation to validate the model.Identify problems in project management,project management proposed direction for further improvement,to improve real estate enterprise project management level has an important guide and reference.Innovations: From the perspective of the project development process,through the key factors for real estate development projects to sort out,analyze,making 10 key factors re-evaluation of selected projects more in line with the development process.While the key factor index extended to 35,so that a key factor in the general scope of a more comprehensive index,the whole process of enterprise development projects reflect more accurate.
