In the era of knowledge economy,the knowledge-type employees with skills and capabilities have been increasingly concerned by the society and enterprises,because they are the most valuable resources for enterprise development,and a maximum value can only be created for the enterprise through the knowledge innovation and high efficiency of employees.In the current market economy environment,especially for private enterprises,the working efficiency and ability of knowledge-type employees determine the quantity and quality of output of private enterprises to a large extent,which are related to the success or failure of enterprises and also become the focus of human resources management of private enterprises.Because private enterprises have also been increasingly aware of the importance of cultivating and retaining knowledge-type employees,they begin to invest more capital and energy in human resources work.Thereinto,the incentive mechanism for knowledge-type employees is the key means to maintain and cultivate core talents.It is just because many private enterprises lack of a long-term employee incentive system that it leads to the departure and job-hopping of knowledge-type employees,which brings a serious impact on their development.Therefore,this paper conducts an in-depth discussion on the main factors influencing the growth and development of private enterprises by constructing an incentive mechanism for their knowledge-type employees.This paper firstly collates and analyzes the relevant theoretical research of knowledge-type employees and their incentive mechanisms systematically.Based on this,Henan SY company is selected as the research object to conduct comprehensive analysis on the current situation of the incentive mechanism for knowledge-type employees of SY company by the method of questionnaires and actual interviews,etc.It was found from the research that although SY is a rapidly developing private enterprise,its incentive mechanism for the knowledge-type employees still stays at a relatively elementary stage,and the demands of its knowledge-type employees in terms of salary,institutional guarantee,training,promotion,growth and development have not been effectively satisfied through the incentive mechanism.Thus,based on the problems and shortcomings existing in the incentive mechanism of SY company for the knowledge-type employees,this paper focuses on designing and improving the incentive mechanism from five aspects,that is,the compensation incentive system,employee growth and development,employee's personal achievement and promotion,corporate culture,and the sense of belonging,with the main contents involving the material,cultural and spiritual levels of the knowledge-type employees.In addition,the methods like participation,achievement,training,and honor incentive are mainly used to effectively integrate the goals of the private enterprise with the personal goals of the knowledge-type employees and establish a long-term incentive mechanism on the basis of continuously satisfying the working demands of knowledge-type employees so as to promote the sustainable development of the private enterprise.
