After 35 years of rapid development,the main insurance of China's insurance industry gradually increased,which also makes the competition more intense,the level of insurance premium rate appears to decline year by year phenomenon,insurance payment rate showed increased year by year,which makes insurance industry profit rate gradually decreased,with the "fortune" data in 2015,2015 China's insurance industry profits the rate is lower than the international profit rate over the same period.Judging from the current situation,China's insurance industry has entered a completely competitive market situation,China's insurance market potential is relatively broad,but the insurance price level is very low.After China's accession to the WTO,the insurance industry has been opened to the outside world.At the same time,other types of financial market commitments have reached the time limit.For example,foreign insurance companies also see the great prospects for China's Insurance market.Combined with the current market development,enterprises in order to better survival,often choose to win through price war way,then,can you choose other ways to further develop? Managers of insurance companies need to think about these issues.Among them,the homogenization of insurance products is very serious,which makes property insurance companies face great challenges.This paper will review and elaborate the theory of insurance and service marketing,clarify the concept and objectives of insurance services,and then analyze the impact of insurance service management model on the development of insurance companies.On the basis of this theory,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the customer service management model of such an insurance company,the paper starts with the optimization of the whole service operation system of the company,and explores the innovative plan of its customer service management mode.In the process of the study,this article from the development trend of the particularity of insurance services and insurance services management model with the basis of comprehensive analysis on the rapid development of the insurance company under certain problems exposed on the proposed service management model innovation to improve the efficiency of services reducing unit costs and improve customer service experience and improve business efficiency as the goal.The program seeks to the problems from the service system to solve the optimization process and service organization,the introduction of the new concept of quality control services,service management by using information technology to develop online service channels and service standard,humanized design,and strengthen service establishments and service personnel,to ensure customer satisfaction and the service efficiency and effectiveness in the whole service system.
