Business innovation is that enterprises rely on the Internet and new technologies to do market segments, create demand and realize value-added services through designing internal processes and the basic structure and integrating the external resources, which create value for our customers and their own. With the development of economy and the change of market environment, business innovation has become an inevitable choice for enterprises to get survival and development. Insurance products and services are inseparable. Insurance services provide the necessary protection for our customers to consumer insurance products. With the changing environment of domestic and foreign market, the competition in the insurance market will be an unprecedented dramatic. If insurance companies want to remain invincible in the competition, the insurance service innovation will become critical. The service quality and service level become a direct impact for the survival and development of the insurance company. The insurance service innovation has become an inevitable choice for the insurance company to get survival and development. Insurance services innovation is based on business innovation. Through service innovation, insurance companies can do innovation of service concept, service content and service mode. It can enhance the service capabilities and the service quality of the insurance company, create value for customers and enhance their own competitiveness.Based on the theory, through the research of the M insurance company’s service, firstly the article analyzes of the status of their service mode, problems and causes, secondly design innovatively the service of the M insurance company, these innovative ideas include:innovative service concept, innovative service content and innovative services. The insurance service mode design is divided into nine:customer segmentation, value proposition, distribution channels, customer relationship, source of income, core resources, critical business, important partner and cost structure. Finally it proposes countermeasures of M insurance company service innovation, including a specific target customer segments; change their thinking to establish a service system to meet the needs of insurance clients; build core resources and capabilities; customer relationships and strategic alliances; strengthen marketing management and the strengthening of revenue management. M Insurance Company service mode innovation is an innovation for the company status, which can greatly enhance their level of customer service, increase customer satisfaction and greatly strengthen the company’s competitive advantage. We also expect service mode innovation research can supply the draw for the same industry enterprises.
