With the rapid development of China’s economy and improvement of people’s living standards, China’s insurance industry developed rapidly, while also facing constant compressed margins and increasingly fierce market competition in the industry. If the insurance company wants to improve business conditions, we must attach importance to the effective development of the car dealer business. In the case of services homogenization of insurance companies, service innovation has become an effective weapon to compete target market. The article will combine with the car dealers’ service demands, such as insurance services and claims service, taking A insurance company as the main research subject. By meeting the car dealers’ service needs and providing the necessary support to strengthen cooperation with the car dealers and the insurance company’s own operational capability.Finally, the article proposals a new ideas and suggestions about the car dealers’ service innovation of A insurance company.Based on related research, the article describes the evolution of concepts and theories, the current difficulties and research direction for laying the theory foundation. And then use "5GAP Model" to analysis the existing service differentiation status, applying SWOT model to find comprehensive assessment of A insurance company, presenting a new service concept for A insurance company. Based on the above, the article introduces the delivery system, the customer interface, the technical interface three aspects to give service suggestions. In the "service innovation delivery system", it proposes organizational structure and staff management innovations. In the "customer interface innovation", it proposes differential management and communication innovations. In the "technical interface innovation", it proposes design innovation and Car business channel management system innovations. Finally, In order to test the success of service innovation, the article recommends setting up assessment index from the car dealers and the A insurance company. By quantifying management index to evaluate new ideas and improvements, the A insurance company can timely analysis the problems and enhance the service level.
