Study On The Problem And Countermeasures Of Extension Of Technological Achievements In Agricultural Research Institutions

Since China open the country, The development of the country’s economy is very rapid. The living standards of urban and rural residents is rising up. The agricultural and rural environment has been significantly improved. However, three rural issues we have faced with are still serious. Various contradictions in agriculture, farmers and rural areas is still relatively sharp.Such as agricultural production is inefficient,the rural economy develop slowly, income of farmers is low and so on. Specifically, the rural economy as a whole owes developed, regional differences is serious, the gap between urban and rural areas is expanding, agriculture technology is backward, efficiency of the industry is poor, peasants’mental outlook is backward, agricultural products is lack of international competitiveness. These "three rural" issue to be solved is fundamentally limiting the further development of China’s agricultural. Development of agricultural science and technology is a measure to solve these problems. Compared to the developed countries in the world, China’s agricultural science and technology development speed is very slow, and the reason is that a lower conversion rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, the development of agricultural science and technology theory and practical promotion and application are out of line. So enhanced the conversion rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, become the key issues on promoting the development of China’s agricultural technological progress. In this context, this paper will be based on the practical problems in China’s agricultural scientific and technological achievements to be promoted, choose the agricultural research institutes as the study, summarizes the existing literature, analysis the actual of NRIAM, explore the existing problems of China’s agricultural research institutes, and promote the formation of the countermeasures and suggestions.The article main structure is divided into five parts. The first chapter expound the framework of the article, including the research methods, content, technology roadmap. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this study and the literature review. In this chapter, firstly defined the agricultural scientific and technological achievements related concepts, secondly expressed the four theories about scientific and technological achievements in agriculture, and the last part is review of related literature. The third chapter is mainly to analysis the current situation of agricultural scientific research results. The revelation of the foreign advanced achievements transformation. The fourth chapter is the empirical research part of this article, the article selected NRIAM as research object, through the visit and questionnaire form to collect the relevant data. The last chapter put forward some conclusions and according to the conclusion that the specific put forward some targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.The last chapter is the extracts of appropriate conclusions from the results of descriptive statistics of the data, specific targeted countermeasures and suggestions, and the future research prospects.
