Research On The Information System Integration Of CS Group

With the global economy and enterprise development trend,enterprise merger and acquisition have been the one of the important ways for enterprise development.Under the rapid of information technology development background,for any style of enterprise merger and acquisition,the success or failure of the information system integration has been one of the important points for the success of the enterprise merger and acquisition.This thesis According as the experience of mergers and acquisitions which had been earned by CS group and the ongoing case for SY company merger and acquisition,plus the research actuality from many experts and scholars,this thesis expounds the information system integration during the enterprise merger and acquisition period,to explore some ideas and methods of the information system integration.This thesis uses literature study,comparative analysis and survey research methods,analyze two companies' information system and the company's internal and external environment after integration,present the necessary of the information system integration after enterprise merger and acquisition;and present the threats from two companies' culture different,management different,business process different and data different.With the information system integration knowledge,the principle and scope of information system integration are discussed,CS group information system integration goals are presented;the Information system integration way derived according as the dependence between information system and enterprise strategy.At the end of this thesis,the information system integration processes are discussed with CS group merger and acquisition case,and discuss the integration strategies for culture different,management different,business process different and data different.This thesis gives some basic ideas about the information systems integration,and hope those ideas can help for domestic enterprises in the future on information system integration during enterprise merger and acquisition period.
