In the past decade,the external environment of domestic banking has also changed dramatically.First,state-owned large enterprises have monopolized the industry.Second,along with the network bank,the emergence of Internet payment,for example,alibaba's ants spend bai,alipay and balance treasure,jingdong ious to pay,jingdong bars,tencent We Chat pay and QQ wallet,baidu's wallet and so on bank caused a huge impact to the entity.It has caused difficulties for small and medium-sized cities and Banks.It is necessary for YC Banks to manage change in a vigorous external environment and seek greater development.However,at present,the performance management system of the middle managers of YC bank is not perfect,and managers mistake performance appraisal for performance management,resulting in performance management in the form and unable to give an advantage.This paper using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview to the YC bank existing middle management personnel performance management system were investigated,through the investigation to find out YC bank problems existing in the current view of middle management performance system,and in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem.Secondly,to optimize the performance management system of the existing middle managers of YC bank.The existing performance management system of YC bank is based on balanced scorecard,but it does not operate according to the balanced scorecard thought.In this paper,the optimization of the system is in the financial dimension of the balanced scorecard,the customer dimension,internal operational dimension,learning and development dimension on the basis of the existing YC bank middle managers lack of performance management system's internal operations dimension,learning and development dimension to supplement,and according to the characters of YC bank middle management positions and indicators of banking features are extracted and balance of design standards.Thus,the middle-level management performance management system of YC bank is optimized based on the balanced scorecard.Finally,in order to ensure the optimized performance management system of YC middle managers,the performance and performance system should be guaranteed.At the end of the article,the optimized performance management system of YC middle management staff is tested.
