With the development of knowledge economy,the competition of human resources is stronger and stronger,talent is becoming more and more important to the development of enterprises.The high turnover of employees brings higher operating costs for the enterprise,reduce employee morale,destroy the cohesiveness of the enterprise,damage the reputation of the enterprise,hindering the longterm sustainable development of enterprises.Knowledge workers have their own uniqueness and creativity,there are significant differences in the requirements of equality,self value,salary,work environment and career development.How to manage knowledge-based employees is a great challenge for enterprises.Meanwhile,the turnover of knowledge workers is also having a negative impact on the overall development of enterprises.This study is based on the knowledge workers of A company as the research object,By combing relevant documents at home and abroad.In view of the difficulty and pain spot of human resource management in A company,4setting up employee reservation scheme.In order to effectively reduce the turnover rate of the enterprise,improving the level of human resource management in enterprises.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter describes the research background,significance,method and content of the paper.The second chapter introduces the concept of knowledge worker and the turnover documents at home and abroad.The third chapter mainly introduces the background and personnel structure of A company?Status of management and status of turnover.The fourth chapter analyses the difficulties and the influencing factors of human resource management in A company.The fifth chapter is to design the reservation scheme of employee turnover in combination with the actual situation of A company.The sixth chapter makes a summary and prospects for the follow-up work.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of human resource management in A company.Formulating coping strategies according to the actual situation of A company.Mainly from the following three aspects: system construction,management and Implementation.To build a harmonious enterprise environment for employees,in order to reduce the employee turnover rate of A company and promote the sound and rapid development of the enterprise.
