| In 2021,the number of software business revenue,the number of software industry practitioners and the number of software enterprises increased steadily.The degree of competition in the software market was not significantly affected by COVID-19’s influence.In software enterprises,the acquisition of customer resources,software product research and development,technological innovation and resource allocation all need to be realized by knowledge workers.Preventing the loss of knowledge workers has become the key for small and medium-sized private software enterprises to survive and develop in the fierce market competition.Company a is a small and medium-sized software enterprise.Although it has made achievements in the field of software development and sales,the loss of knowledge workers is prominent in recent years,and it is developing towards a serious trend,which leads to the threat to the healthy development of the company.This paper takes company a as the research object,combined with the summary of relevant literature.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of company a and the current situation of knowledge employee turnover.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 62 knowledge-based employees who have lost,and the survey results were discussed and analyzed.It was found that the reasons for the loss of knowledge-based employees in company a include three aspects: the external environment of the enterprise,the individual employees and the internal management of the enterprise.Firstly,the reasons for the external environment include low turnover costs and COVID-19’s health and safety threats.Second,employees’ personal reasons include careless job selection and physical and mental health problems,resulting in being unable to take up high-intensity work;Third,the reasons for the internal management of the enterprise include that the career management needs to be strengthened,the performance appraisal results are questioned,the training mechanism is imperfect,the salary and welfare system is unreasonable,there is a negative overtime culture and does not pay attention to the internal communication management.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the analyzed reasons.Specifically,first,from the external environment of enterprises,we should make full use of legal means to improve the cost of separation,and strictly guard against COVID-19’s prevention and control in order to protect employees’ health and safety.Second,from the perspective of individual employees,improve the recruitment process to select appropriate employees and implement physical and mental health management to maintain good working conditions.Third,from the perspective of enterprise internal management,strengthen career management,improve salary and welfare system,pay attention to internal communication management,improve employee training mechanism,eliminate negative overtime culture and improve performance appraisal system.This study hopes that through the research on the current situation,causes and Countermeasures of the loss of knowledge workers in company a,it can effectively alleviate the massive loss of knowledge workers,and also hope to provide reference for other similar small and medium-sized enterprises in the management of knowledge workers. |
