In recent years, along with the development of service outsourcing industry, it is becoming more and more important in the national economy. Through national policy support, B Company grown up since 1995 and become the leading company of Outsourcing industry. Along with Company growth, some problem appears, there is a high employee turnover rate, especially the first employment knowledge workers within three years turnover rate is high. High turnover rate brings the serious influence to the current business, for instance the personnel structural imbalances lead to business loss, reduce the core competitiveness, increase company operation cost. This paper is based on the practical difficulties faced by B Company, first employment knowledge workers within three years turnover problem.It is long history to study on turnover problem by the domestic and foreign scholar, and achieved fruitful results of theoretical research. This paper refers to relevant conclusions and combined with T Departments as the representative of the actual data, study this problem through scientific research. First, analyze the historic data from turnover single sample and interview the project managers, and summed up 9 factors which are important for employee turnover behavior. Next, make the questionnaire survey based on 9 factors, and collect the actual feedback from employee in T Department. Third, analyze the feedback data via descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis in SPSS19.0 software. The conclusion is 6 significant factors were selected eventually as dependent variable to establish to turnover intention as the independent variable in the regression model.The paper also provides some constructive suggestions to reduce the turnover rate of first employment knowledge workers within three years. These recommendations include the establishment of reasonable personnel structure, to deepen the business transformation as an opportunity to improve staff salaries and welfare, staff development rising channel, increase the intensity of training, govern work environment with staff together.
