Knowledge workers have become the core resource of the enterprise in the era of knowledge, and are irreplaceable in remaining competitive for the company. However, with the development of economy, employee turnover has become a common problem faced by many enterprises, and seriously affected the further development of enterprises. Employee leave, increased operating costs, increased the risk of commercial secrets, and also affected the reputation of the enterprise. Therefore, how to retain knowledge workers has become the focus of enterprise human resource management.M company as the research object in this paper, based on the company’s loss of knowledge workers analysis, applying the related theory, using the methods of interview and questionnaire investigation, on the basis of factor analysis, we analyze from promotion mechanisms, paying and benefits, work itself and staff training in four areas. For the above reasons, this paper put forllord the countermeasures of the loss of employee from establishing promotion mechanism, good salary and welfare system, fair performance appraisal system, and improving the training system.
