From the perspective of national development,in recent years,with the steady development of the economy,the people’s income has gradually increased,and the consumption level of Chinese residents has also gradually improved.From 2022,the per capita disposable income of the national residents is 36883 yuan,of which the consumption for clothing also shows a steady development trend.From the perspective of GMV(total transaction volume),in 2018,throughout the clothing industry,its transaction volume reached 2077.4 billion yuan,with a year-on-year increase of 7.8%,and the growth rate reached the peak.In 2019-2022,the growth rate slowed down due to the impact of epidemic and consumption upgrading,but it still maintained the momentum of continuous growth.From the perspective of clothing classification,women’s clothing has the largest share,maintaining an absolute leading edge and maintaining a sustained growth trend;In terms of the growth rate of women’s wear,women’s wear has maintained a sustained growth momentum.In 2019,the growth rate reached a peak,with a year-on-year increase of 7.6% and a market share of 48.1%.The women’s wear market has great potential.The women’s clothing market has huge potential,and its development has a stronger thirst for talents.W Company is a women’s clothing sales company,mainly representing high-end women’s clothing brands at home and abroad.Clothing shopping guides account for 80% of the company’s total staff.As the core of enterprise personnel,the quality of clothing shopping guides plays a vital role in the company’s development.Personnel selection is the core of enterprise recruitment management,and enterprises attach more importance to it to ensure that it has talents and achieves matching between people and positions.[1].The question of how to recruit excellent clothing shopping guides has always puzzled companies.The current method used in recruitment is leaderless group discussion.Through the interview method,it is found that there have been some problems in the recruitment process,such as unclear ability positioning of employees,lack of Clearly,it cannot correctly reflect the actual needs of the post,and the evaluation standards and elements are biased [2].In order to solve this problem and improve the defects of leaderless group discussion interviews,enterprises have tried and analyzed to introduce the existing competency model into leaderless group discussion.Therefore,the research content of this paper is: Based on the competency model The W company clothing shopping guide leaderless group discussion [3].details as follows:First on the background of the article.The significance,domestic and foreign research literature and related theories are studied;secondly,the current situation of W company is analyzed,and the problems existing in the talent selection are found through the employee interview method;thirdly,for the solution of the problem,the leaderless group discussion introduces the competency model,and the The existing clothing shopping guide competency model is described;after that,the leaderless group based on the competency model discusses the specific construction and implementation;finally,the data collected during the implementation is sorted and analyzed,and SPSS is used to test the reliability and validity to prove that the competency will be The introduction of the force model into the leaderless group discussion can indeed improve the reliability and validity of the leaderless group discussion interview.The research of this paper has important theoretical value and practical significance for the development of human resources of W company,especially the selection of talents.
