With the rapid development of economy and the service industry in our country,the hotel industry continues to grow,but behind the prosperity and development,many hotels talent team construction is faltering,high-quality staff has become relatively insufficient many important challenges to the further development of the hotel.This is not only enterprise hard to recruit high-quality talent,more important is the hotel's own talent team construction,lack of effective employee training system.Wanda Vista Yantai as a high-end hotel,is faced with the lack of a set of feasible training system,causes the staff training work,this paper aims at the hotel in the problems in the training work of analysis,put forward the strategies of the needle to sex,enhance the level of staff training and the comprehensive competitiveness of the hotel.In this paper,first of all,this paper studies on the background,significance,research methods and framework were expounded,and the related theory and literature has carried on the induction and summary,including the demand level theory,human capital theory,incentive theory,and the theory of training,lay a theoretical foundation to the research of this paper.By Wanda Vista Yantai in staff training status quo of the research,and points out problems existing in the training,including training needs analysis,evaluation system is not sound,training achievements conversion rate low,and lack of flexibility from the training demand,training teachers,disconnect with the hotel human resources management system,lack of effective training evaluation and supervision system and so on several aspects has carried on the analysis of the causes.On this basis,this paper put forward the corresponding optimization measures,put forward from the basic framework of optimization,optimization of the implementation of the training plan,training effect system optimization,training achievement transformation system optimization,optimize the training effect evaluation and so on several aspects.At the same time,through comparing the old and new training system,this paper puts forward Wanda Vista Yantai need to continually optimize on the training work,and create a good training environment and strengthen the training from such aspects as communication security measuresare put forward.
