With the development of China's economy,people's living standards are rising,the hotel industry is booming.In the domestic and international hotel "hardware" level is becoming more and more close to the situation,service level,staff quality and other "software" has become the focus of competition in the hotel industry,and carry out scientific and effective training is the "software" of the construction of the hotel.Especially for some of our country has just started the development of a small hotel,there is a general low level of the overall quality of the staff,but also a large mobility problems.Therefore,the establishment of a set of scientific training system,effective training for the grass-roots staff,has become China's two star hotel facing the difficult problem.Siping Sanqi hotel training system has many problems,this paper focuses on the company's training system as the research subject,tries to find out the problems and propose countermeasures.First of all,this thesis in domestic and overseas training theory system as the guidance,and through individual interviews and questionnaires on the hotel training status were investigated,and the comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the hotel,Discovery Inn Hotel,many problems in the existing training system exists,and through further field research,found the root node the problems existing in the system of hotel staff training.Secondly,based on the analysis of current situation of demonstration of hotel training,combined with the characteristics of the actual situation of the hotel and its employees,established the principles and guidelines of staff training system optimization,implementation mechanism and training performance of hotel training system and training plan to carry on the optimized design.Finally,in order to ensure the hotel training system is running well,starting from strengthening the leadership and effective communication and participation,cultivating learning culture,strengthen training and improve the occupation career management in four aspects,and improve a series of safeguard measures of hotel training,ensure hotel staff training to achieve tangible results.In short,this paper aims to optimize the hotel staff training system of Siping Sanqi,hoping to provide a follow staff training model version two star hotel,play a role.
