| Salary management plays an important role in human resource management.Effective salary system can not only help enterprises to improve management efficiency,but also enable enterprises to achieve strategic objectives.In recent years,with the introduction of a series of favorable policies,small and micro businesses have developed rapidly in China.They have played an important role in China’s economy.Salary management is crucial to the long-term development of enterprises and the vital interests of employees.This paper has made an analysis on the improvement of the salary management in S company.S company is a small-sized FMCG distribution company founded in 2009 mainly engaged in wholesale business of prepackaged food,dairy products,grain and oil.Based on the theories of salary management,this paper analyzes the current situation of salary management in S company by using the methods of statistical analysis,questionnaire survey and interviews.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects.First,it summarizes the research background and significance,research methods and related theories of salary management.Second,by introducing FMCG industry,the current situation of human resources and salary management in S company,this paper sorts out its existing problems and tries to find out how the problems occurred.Third,it tries to establish a more suitable salary system by designing a post grades rank system,a clear salary structure and staff performance appraisal plan.At last,it proposes a suggestion of supporting measures to ensure the effect of its practical implementation.Based on salary management theories and the specific situation of S company,the research conclusion of this paper has certain significance for S company and small and micro businesses.It tries to present a complete process of improving the design of salary management to similar enterprises. |
