Under the macro effect of the implementation of the new regulation and control policies in the real estate field,real estate enterprises are facing increasing external challenges,and the competition among real estate enterprises will become more fiercer.Restate enterprises with strong comprehensive strength will continue to expand their scale because of their own advantages.It has seriously squeezed the living space of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.Facing the fierce external competition,survival has become a more urgent problem for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.The increase of employee mobility and the loss of core staff will have a great impact on the operation of enterprises.Therefore,in human resource management,for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises,it is necessary to integrate the contents of staff career management by mail,so that employees can improve the professional skills,and boost the operation and development of companies.In this thesis,combined with domestic and foreign research results related to career management,taking ZZL Real Estate Company as the object,the author makes an in-depth interpretation of current situation of staff career management in ZZL Company by using questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and other methods.It’s concluded that many problems exist in employees’ career management,such as imperfect career evaluation system,unclear path of career development system,and so on.According to the existing problems,some optimization schemes are designed,such as professional career evaluation system,diversified career development path,multi-level vocational training,overall performance management and perfect salary system.Establish system guarantee,organization guarantee,culture guarantee,whole process management guarantee and human resources management system guarantee to ensure the effective implementation of employee career management.This thesis optimizes the design of employee career management through a series of measures to assist employees and organizations to develop together in order to achieve a win-win situation.At the same time,it is hoped that this thesis can provide some enlightenment and reference for the same type of real estate enterprises. |
