Study On China-Indonesia Production Capacity Cooperation

After taking office in 2014,Indonesian President Joko Widodo made an all-round adjustment of the overall national development and economic policies,And put forward the strategy of "Global Maritime Axis." This strategy is highly interlinked with the " the Belt and Road" initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping.It also Create Many Intersections of Interests between China-Indonesian production capacity cooperation.At present,after several years of development,China-Indonesian production capacity cooperation has reached numerous cooperation projects,Mainly in infrastructure、 resources、consumer sectors,and has accumulated extensive cooperation experience.At the same time,China and Indonesia have also made significant progress in overseas industrial parks and fostered a large number of overseas economic and trade cooperation parks,represented by the Morowali Industrial Park.The park create a new model for China-Indonesian production capacity cooperation.This article takes Morowali Industrial Park as a case to analyze the successful experiences and deficiencies of the park and expects to provide reference for China-Indonesia production capacity cooperation.The emphasis of this article is the development status and the challenge of China-Indonesia capacity cooperation.At present,while China-Indonesia capacity cooperation has achieved results,it also faces numerous challenges.It mainly includes Indonesian land requisition issues,arbitrariness and discontinuity of Indonesian policies,low efficiency of labor rates,interference and competition from developed countries such as the United States and Japan.In response to these problems,this paper provides solutions for China-Indonesia capacity cooperation in many aspects,Including: clearly prioritizing development areas,establishing landmark projects as soon as possible;actively implementing localization strategies and actively integrating into the local community;fully absorbing the experiences of developed countries,It is hoped that this will bring inspiration to the smooth development of China-Indonesia capacity cooperation and related research.
