The Impact And Risk Analysis Of The Business Model Transformation Of Antarctic E-commerce Under The Background Of "Internet Accelerated Speed"

In recent years,with the development of information technology,the concept of "Internet Plus" and the continuous development of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises has become more and more fierce,and the traditional retail industry has been impacted by Internet e-commerce.In 2014,Premier Li Keqiang proposed the "Internet +" action plan to promote the integration of the Internet,big data and modern manufacturing industries,and promote the development of social economy.In order to keep up with the pace of the times and to meet the needs of the market,more and more traditional companies have embarked on the road of integration with the Internet,innovating their own business models and seeking new outlets.Antarctic e-commerce actively responds to market changes,transforms its business model and establishes a one-stop full-service platform under the combination of brand licensing business and e-commerce integrated service platform business.This article starts from the development situation of the traditional clothing retail industry in China and the actual situation of the external economic environment,takes the transformation of the business model of Antarctic e-commerce as an entry point,combines the internal and external environment of the Antarctic e-commerce and the current clothing retail before and after combining its business model innovation.The status quo of the development of the industry is to analyze the financial performance.Finally,it recognizes and analyzes the different degrees of risks in the business model of Antarctic e-commerce from strategic aspects,operational aspects,and financial aspects,and proposes corresponding improvements and preventive measures for the three aspects of risks..The analysis results of this paper show that after the Antarctic e-commerce transformation business model has improved the company's financial performance,but at the same time changing the business model has its own special risks and deficiencies,mainly as follows: the lack of offline channels;product quality disputes arising out of business outsourcing issues Relevant high-quality compound talents are relatively lacking;lack of profit distribution risks associated with corresponding profit distribution policies.The significance of this paper is to provide some suggestions for the upgrading and adjustment of Antarctica's future business model through the above analysis,and to provide some other traditional clothing retail companies with some ideas and inspirations for the transformation of business models.
