The rapid development of “Internet Plus” has led to the rise of peripheral industries,and rural electricity suppliers have developed under this trend.The development of e-commerce has promoted consumption throughout the country and also brought economic benefits to some regions.However,there are still many problems in the development of rural e-commerce in rural areas in China.In the report of the 19 th National Congress,problems such as unbalanced development in urban and rural areas and large income distribution gaps were again raised.The major social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the people's ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced development.Then,how rural e-commerce can promote the development of rural areas is a major challenge.At present,many areas in Hebei Province have already combined local social and economic development levels and traditional industry bases,and actively use Internet technology to build rural e-commerce platforms that enable the rapid growth of the physical industry.Thereby promoting the expansion of traditional industries and improving the refinement of the industry and characteristic level.Even so,there are still some problems in the development of rural e-commerce in Hebei Province,in which the innovation of the business model has become the main contradiction.Identifying the factors influencing the business model is the top priority of the current research.Therefore,the research in this paper is devoted to the research on the influencing factors of rural e-commerce business model in Hebei Province.This study takes Hebei Province as the research object,and analyzes in detail the influencing factors and influence degree of the rural e-commerce business model.Firstly,through the combing of the relevant documents on rural development in Hebei Province and the actual investigations,combined with the current situation of the development of rural areas in Hebei Province,the article proposes a series of problems encountered in the development process;Secondly,based on relevant literature research,determined the research object,and innovatively proposed 5 dimensions and 20 influencing factors affecting the rurale-commerce business model in Hebei Province;Then,this paper designed the correlation between the measurement scale of the three-dimensional value of the business model and 20 influencing factors.For the item,this paper carries out SPSS reliability,validity and principal component analysis of the survey data,and extracts 4 factors,and makes correlation assumptions for these factors.By establishing the structural equation model and using AMOS21.0 to examine the relationship between the model and the variables,the relationship between each influencing factor and the three value dimensions of the business model is derived.Finally,management suggestions are proposed for the future development of e-commerce business model in rural areas to promote the healthy and rapid development of rural e-commerce in Hebei Province.
