| In the past forty years of reform and opening up,China's private economy has developed rapidly,and has become an important part of the national economy,and plays an extremely important role.Under the environment of national macro-economic growth slowing down and supply side structural adjustment,it is of strategic importance for private manufacturing enterprises to improve their production efficiency from manufacture to creation,bigger and stronger,and higher production efficiency.Shenzhen GK group is a typical small and medium-sized private manufacturing enterprises,its main products in the domestic and foreign markets with high visibility.Affected by the traditional family management,workshop management,lack of effective performance appraisal system of the enterprise performance appraisal methods behind,lead to the production efficiency and low efficiency,the staff enthusiasm for production decline,has become an important obstacle restricting the development of enterprises.This paper summarizes the analysis of the performance appraisal of the domestic and foreign research status,the definition of performance and performance assessment in the related concept,summarizes related theories of performance appraisal;the production department GK group performance appraisal as the research object,analyzes the status of the company's production department door performance appraisal and the main problems existed.Including: One is the performance appraisal system is not system,many standard description is vague,not clear enough;the two is the lack of formal performance appraisal index,quantitative assessment is necessary;three performance appraisal to motivate employees,the results can not be effectively applied.In this paper,the domestic and foreign research on the performance evaluation theory,determine the principles and ideas of the design of performance appraisal system of the production department of the CK group;based on existing research results,through interviews and questionnaires,determine the performance evaluation index system of GK Group production department,and to determine the index weight by AHP;clear the subject,the performance evaluation of the production department standards and procedures;the assessment from the construction personnel construction,organization construction,full responsibility system and improve the incentive measures and other aspects,and put forward some measures to ensure the effective operation of the performance appraisal system of the production department of GK group,has important practical significance for the performance management of GK group,also has certain reference value for similar enterprise. |
