In the increasingly fierce market competition,The administrator personnel's performance directly affects QG company and the steelmaking department performance.As the biggest department,To establish a scientific system of performance evaluation is very necessary,It's good for arouse managers enthusiasm,activity and creativity,Improve organizations efficiency and realize the organization objectives.Therefore,Steelmaking department is an urgent need to redesign an effective performance evaluation system to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the steelmaking department administrator to support company's long-term development.This paper first introduces the research background,significance and characteristics of the steelmaking department administrator,Combining the current situation of the performance evaluation system of steelmaking department administrator,and puts forward the contents and ways of this study;analyzes the existing performance evaluation system,and the existing problems are analyzed.It uses as the reference the results of the research and study on enterprises' performance evaluation from China and foreign countries,Through the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard evaluation method,key performance index evaluation method of performance evaluation tool,determine the different post evaluation index system,evaluation method,evaluation standard,index weight,performance evaluation system for the existing of optimization design of performance evaluation system.This paper tries to design a set of scientific and effective,simple and easy,Application of iron and steel enterprises and can really improve the level of employee perfonnance,to meet the development needs of the company performance evaluation system,work for the company performance evaluation of steelmaking to provide certain reference.
