| To survive in a society where progress is compulsory,enterprise organiTLations need to take technological innovation as the main means to advance in the technological comparison.Even if they cannot obtain the technological advantages,they should at least follow the development of technology.To improve enterprise innovation ability construction mode,university-enterprise cooperation is not only streamlined manufacture-learning-research cooperation,but also absorb the intelligence factor to promote the implementation path of independent research and development ability,it is because the party itself has its own genius and real market need to make cooperation with both theoretically possible.But there is a widespread problem with the implementation and the results of both,or enterprise can't active implementation of all time,or universities can't participate in a stable way,and it can't fully produce the results of the project.On the basis of summarizing the research status at home and abroad,this paper fir st introduces the relevant theories and basic concepts of the whole process management of technological innovation project.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation and e xisting problems of TL school-enterprise cooperation project.Thirdly,the whole process management system of the cooperative project is constructed from the aspects of project a pproval,implementation,acceptance and performance evaluation,and the control mechan ism and attention of each link are highlighted.Finally,the guarantee measures for the smo oth operation of the whole process management system are put forward,including: the pr oject manager's overall responsibility system,the establishment of the unified organizatio nal structure,the innovative supervision mode,the establishment of the registration syste m of rewards and punishment,the establishment of the results verification and the after-th e-post accountability mechanism and other safeguard measures. |
