In this topic in the research of the three gorges vocational college in chongqing, as research object, the research hypotheses located in "the school-enterprise cooperation, technology alternate" talent training mode for talents cultivation quality improving, can promote the school-enterprise "three win" born on the premise of exploration.Subject to "implementation, first school-enterprise cooperation, technology alternate" talents training mode for system design, the entire learning process into school and enterprise work two process and alternates, make full use of the school and social education resources and two education environment, make students during the period of school can obtain direct experience of knowledge, forming actual work ability, will soon will professional knowledge and ability and production practice, realize students during the period of school and enterprise, and post zero distance contact, realize students'learning openness, practical and occupational, from improving personnel training quality.Secondly, according to the market research and analysis, we determined to hotel management professional talent training goal.
