Research On The Scope Management Of A Company's University-enterprise Cooperative Personnel Training Practice Platform Construction Project

In 2016,Yunnan Province issued the "Yunnan province bio medicine and the big health industry development plan".Because of the huge potential of the industry,it is listed as one of the eight major development industries in Yunnan province.The development of biological medicine and big health industry has entered the stage of rapid growth,and it has further increased the demand for application-oriented technical personnel.At present,due to a number of reasons,application-oriented technical personnel are lacking,far from meeting the development needs of the industry.How to solve the talent problem is an important research topic for the cultivation of high-quality applied talents for the biomedical and large health industry in Yunnan.Through a large number of educational reform practices,it has been proved that the talent training mode of school enterprise cooperation is an important way and effective way to solve the shortage of applied talents in the industry.Therefore,further research and exploration of personnel training mode of school enterprise cooperation seems to have important application value.In this paper,based on the basic theory of the project scope management,combined with the implementation of the construction of the university-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode,according to the scope of the project management process,personnel training mode construction of university-enterprise cooperation projects to analyze the problems in the project scope management,to establish the scope of effective management methods.The full text focuses on the project scope management throughout the whole life cycle of the project.Starting from the project demand of school enterprise cooperation,the scope of project demand output is defined to form the deliverable of the project.On the basis of this,we should strengthen the project scope control in the process of project implementation,improve the target achievement rate of the project,to explore the method of establishing the university-enterprise cooperation application-oriented personnel training model and provide better Suggestions for the construction and development of application-oriented personnel training model.Finally,the feasibility and practical results of this model are verified by the example of A company's university-enterprise cooperative practice platform construction project.Through the above research,I hope to provide reference and reference for other enterprises and schools to implement the same kind of project in the future.It will help to study the training mode of school enterprise cooperation and cultivate more applied technical talents.
