Abstract/Summary:
Given the nature of the perishable products, for its storage, especially in the process of transportationis optimized refrigeration processing, can effectively reduce the wastage of the perishable products, realize the perishable products timely and effective delivery. In perishable product distribution process, the path optimization and vehicle choice largely determines the efficiency of product delivery. Thebusiness model of multi-temperature co-delivery that adopted modern innovational technologies, suchas the multi-temperature refrigerated container, has created a new value for the cold-chain logistics. With the development of our life and acceleration of working pace, people are in great growing needof fresh frozen foods. Fresh and frozen products processing in industry has been developed rapidly.Maximizing profits or minimize costs of Cold-chain logistics have become a key factor in the processof delivery. As well as, the problems of Cold-chain logistics and distribution have become the key goalof distributors to achieve profit maximization. This paper, based on the traditional vehicle distribution problem with time-windows, analyses thecharacteristics of Cold-chain industry. How to make the products reach the distributors effectively onthe basis of multiple temperature distribution has been introduced. Mathematical model is constructed,in the process of research, we give full consideration to the existing distribution costs. On the basis ofthis, a special case of products and it’s treatment scheme have been introduced,as well as stochasticdisturbances. And then, to the Angle at the delivery, the goal of minimizing the cost function isestablished. Using improved particle swarm optimization (pso) algorithm for optimal route, andnumerical example is given.
