With the development of economic globalization,as well as in electronic commerce,driven by the demand for fresh cold chain products also more and more big,leading to the rapid development of the cold chain logistics,as well as to the urban traffic and environment has caused a lot of negative influence.In the face of energy and environmental pressure,green logistics has become a hot topic in the field of logistics research.As an important means in the optimization of logistics system,distribution path problem can effectively reduce logistics distribution cost and carbon emission through reasonable allocation of logistics resources,which is an effective way to realize low-carbon logistics.Considering the problem of the distribution path of cold-chain logistics for carbon emission,it has important practical significance and application value for energy conservation and emission reduction.This paper consider carbon emissions with fuzzy time window constraint of cold-chain logistics distribution path optimization mathematical model and algorithm are studied,the research work mainly includes the following several aspects:(1)gives the basic model of vehicle routing problem,carbon emissions estimation model is established,and based on this,to consider carbon emissions of vehicle routing problem with fuzzy time window constraint on the general description and assumptions.(2)the fuzzy time window to customers using the fuzzy membership function of fuzzy processing,converts it to the customer satisfaction level of the goods delivery time,customers buy goods volume accounted for the proportion of distribution plan for a single customer satisfaction level of customers to the service time is calculated overall satisfaction level,set up with fuzzy time window of the multi-objective optimization model of cold chain logistics vehicle routing.(3)the multi-objective function for the processing,will set the customer's overall satisfaction level as a fixed value,it will become a constraint condition,by solving two phase thinking makes the single objective function indirectly realized the purpose of binocular mark,so to avoid the second goal the direct impact on the primary target.(4)based on the characteristics of the model and the practical problems of this paper,the improved genetic algorithm is designed to be better suited to this model,and the algorithm is programmed by Matlab.Finally,the rationality of the optimization model is verified by an example,and the effectiveness of the genetic algorithm is improved.Research consider carbon emissions cold-chain logistics distribution routing problem with fuzzy time window,for the enterprise,on the one hand,through the reasonable arrangement of distribution path,shorten the delivery time,improve the level of customer satisfaction for product delivery time,on the other hand to reduce the distribution cost of transportation and reduce the fuel consumption and emissions in line with the requirements of energy conservation and emissions reduction,also meet the requirements of the sustainable development of green logistics.
