| With the continuous development of China's rail transit industry,China's rail transit market is becoming more saturated.With the introduction of the mixed policy of national railway industry,China's rail transportation industry is facing fierce competition,and rail transit manufacturing enterprises are going out of the country,which becomes an inevitable trend in China.CRRC as a leading enterprise in the world rail transit equipment manufacturing industry is vigorously carrying out international operations.However,because of the low level of internationalization of CRRC and the opportunity of great international market potential,it is of great practical significance to study the internationalization strategy of CRRC,which can provide guidance for the international operation of CRRC.At the same time,it can also provide reference for other related enterprises in China.Guided by internationalization theory and international strategic choice theory,this paper studies the internationalization positions and internationalization motivation of CRRC.And based on these theories and studies,the article used cobweb model and SWOT analysis model to define the international level of CRRC,and found the benefits,weaknesses,opportunities and threatens of CRRC.At last,prove that the proposed CRRC's international strategy should be world's marketing strategy,internationalization strategy of personnel training,S-O strategy,and W-O strategy.S-O strategy include differential strategy,market development strategy and lean quality strategy,and W-O strategy include strategic alliance,M&A strategy,technological innovation strategy,and brand internationalization strategy. |
