Research On Administrative Dispute Of Industrial Injury Insurance In Yinchuan, Ningxia

Along with the development of our country's economy,the continuous expansion of urbanization,the increasing number of migrant workers of all kinds enterprise,but the current labor and social security system is not perfect enough,as people consciousness enhancement,because of inductrial injury problem refuses to accept the administrative department and the department charge conclusion dispute cases showed a trend of rising.There are still loopholes in the existing administrative dispute settlement mechanism of work-related injury insurance in China,but there are few theoretical and practical researches on such disputes.So taking yinchuan as an example,the past literature,yinchuan,the current review and summarize of inductrial injury insurance system and the running status,on the basis of targeted categorize the content of the disputes,and form a corresponding solution,will contribute to improving the mechanism.The purpose of this paper is to through the study of such issues,to be able to properly handle disputes,effective and timely maintenance inductrial injury worker's rights and interests,thus to promote the rule of law government,servicing government,sunshine government,and the construction of a harmonious socialist society.Firstly,this paper expounds the background,significance and status,and briefly describes the three research methods used in the article.Then,the concept of industrial injury insurance administrative dispute is introduced,and the process reengineering theory which provides theoretical support for this paper is put forward.This part introduces the current payment system,recognition system,payment system and management system of industrial injury insurance in yinchuan city.Thirdly,as a core part of this article,from the four aspects of handling process of inductrial injury insurance,inductrial injury insurance is analyzed in digital form number,ginseng protect personnel composition ratio,payment standard,industrial injury and the administrative dispute,inductrial injury accident compensation,etc.,factors affecting the parties of administrative controversy of inductrial injuryinsurance is analyzed,and find out possible controversy in every link.Through the dispute types on the basis of combing,according to the process reengineering theory,from the process of inductrial injury insurance,orgnaization of agency of service ability,effective response,supervision mechanism and so on to find the causes of dispute.At last,according to the major causes of the administrative dispute of work-related injury insurance,the countermeasures or Suggestions are put forward.
