Along with our country to speed up the pace of economic restructuring,constantly push forward the urban and rural integration,financial institutions are increasingly fierce competition,so the Banks need to solve the key problem is how to improve network performance.Banks have begun to shift to attract and retain more clients,and eventually transform themselves through continuous improvements and better access to hardware and software.Although the bank is the largest city commercial bank in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,it has encountered the above-mentioned problems in the development process.Therefore,it is very important to solve the problem of "taking the product as the center" and "taking the customer as the center".Bank grass-roots branches of the bank to provide financial services,is geared to the needs of the broad masses of customers,the most direct services forefront positions,as the basis of banking business extension expansion,but also the most basic unit of the mouth,the bank as a result,the bank outlets at the grass-roots level is not only to provide customers with access to cash,transfer the remittance,such as settlement services,also embodies the bank's overall service image,enterprise culture and business philosophy,for Banks is one of the most important appropriate service platform.To make the current commercial Banks to reduce service costs,improve the image of the foreign service,improve operational efficiency,must further improve.optimize the network operation process at the grass-roots level,which is adapt to the inevitable choice of economic development and the change of market competition,but also commercial Banks gradually transition,to realize the endogenous request "to the management to benefit".Especially in the current context(financial qi vector and the deepening of interest rate liberalization),domestic Banks to cope with the market competition,promote business transformation has made the corresponding strategic choice,namely network implementation process reengineering at the grass-roots level,reshape the market and customer oriented,operation efficient business processes,etc.In this article,through extensive research present situation of jingmen agricultural bank outlets at the grass-roots level transport kan process,at the same time comparative study some advanced domestic small and medium-sized city commercial Banks operating process design and planning of the grassroots branch,targeted to explore and research the jingmen ABC grassroots network status quo and problems in the operation process,from product sales,business operations,internal control management,yunjian process to explore how to optimize the jingmen ABC grassroots network operation process,at the same time for the new situation,jingmen agricultural bank to enhance the core competitiveness and strategic transformation to provide certain reference.
