Agricultural Infrastructure Construction In Jingmen:Issues And Countermeasures

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, the realization of agricultural modernization is conducive to promote social and economy development, improve People’s living and maintain social stability. To strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure is crucial in agricultural development; it is also the "first capital" and material basis to the development of the agriculture, and the important content basic support to realize Chinese agricultural modernization. Without perfect agricultural infrastructure, agricultural modernization in China is hard to be rea lized and Chinese agriculture could not develop healthily and stably. Therefore, strengthening the construction of agricultural infrastructure is an significant and sustaining work. The main contents of strengthening the construction of agricultural infras tructure includes irrigation and water conservancy, agricultural product circulation system, agricultural ecological engineering system, input mechanism, agricultural scientific research and popularization system. Under new situation, strengthening the res earch in the construction of agricultural infrastructure has a great value.The analyst looked at current situation and problems in the process of the construction of agricultural infrastructure based on literature review, analyzed deep-seated problems in agricultural infrastructure construction of Jingmen, as well as factors restricting its development. This research drew lessons from foreign successful experience, exploring some effective measures to promote infrastructure construction in Jingmen, put forward scientific ideas and research approaches, and provided the reference for the new period of agricultural infrastructure construction.
