With China's opening up,a large influx of foreign property insurance companies to China's market,which directly contributes to the intensity of competition in China's insurance market.For property insurance industry,its not only face fierce competition in the market environment,but also face competition for top talent,etc.,visible,competitive complexity is increasing.Property insurance company is still a relatively new modern industry in China,and therefore it also has many defects in the human resource management of the above,and modern enterprise management there are still some gaps.How,then,to take measures to make good,effective management of the property insurance company's sales staff,is a problem of modern property insurance industry needs to be addressed.In this paper,using analytical methods of induction and deduction,and other qualitative and quantitative performance of property insurance related problems are analyzed and studied.Then the performance status of the property insurance company's sales staff conducted a survey to further explore the property insurance company's performance assessment and evaluation of unfairness and other issues,and further noted that the performance evaluation system imperfect correlation weighting value set unreasonable and no effective application performance evaluation results and other issues.Subsequently,the paper according to the relevant principles and theoretical basis for performance evaluation of the property insurance industry has put forward a new construction principle,as well as property insurance industry related assessment content,assessment indicators,evaluation weights,etc.are described in detail on the property insurance industry the results of the performance evaluation and feedback application step,the preparatory work before the implementation of performance evaluation,and other related incentive system was improved.Finally,this paper,the performance evaluation YA property insurance company's sales staff as an example,the results of this thesis study on property insurance practice were analyzed,and also the relevant verification.By YA property insurance company's original Performance Assessment and existing problems were analyzed,and then developed under the current situation of the new performance evaluation criteria YA property insurance company,designed a new performance evaluation weights to be applied to the performance evaluation results and so on YA property insurance company's performance evaluation program and re-build.
