Research On The Optimization Of Public Housing Space In Xi'an City Under The Concept Of Space Justice

In recent years,China has intensified the construction of urban public rental housing,and solved housing difficulties for low-income groups as far as possible,and improved our housing security system.However,under the Dual Restriction of the land finance policy and the quantity index of public rental housing,there are many problems such as remote site selection,imperfect infrastructure facilities and so on.The quality of public rental housing community living space is difficult to guarantee.This not only causes the waste of space resources,but also aggravates the sense of space deprivation of the middle and low income groups,and causes the problem of inequality in space.Public rental housing system,as an important part of housing security,tries to realize the fair allocation and optimization of social resources.At the same time,as an important part of the urban space,whether public rental housing practice space justice has a profound impact on the overall pattern of Urban Space justice.Based on the space conception of justice as the research perspective,combined with the basic theory of city spatial differentiation,the quality of city life space theory,choosing Xi'an city as the research object,by means of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey of Xi'an city public rental housing construction situation,spatial justice ”three principles of humanity,diversity and equality.” practice the status quo of public rental space in Xi'an city were reviewed based on justice,aiming at the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding suggestion,in order to provide a theoretical basis and reference value for the government's public housing planning and decision-making,so as to realize the coordinated development with income,improve the quality of living in public rental housing,promote the sustainable development of the city.
