In recent years, China’s urban housing prices is high, inflated housing prices is often inaccessible for most low-income people, so affordable housing policy comes as a major initiative to improve people’s livelihood and housing problems, the central government attaches great importance to advancing the process of the policy, and has also made a number of encouraging results, the number of affordable housing projects increased year by year, has eased the housing problems of low-income strata in a certain extent. Because of the short history and inexperience of public housing construction, in the process of rapid construction of affordable housing, many issues are becoming increasingly prominent, such as affordable housing project site is too remote, the lack of public facilities, affordable housing vacancy rate remains high, social spatial differentiation, etc. These issues related to space layout problems of affordable housing projects, as well as articles always concerned problems to be solved.Security room space layout is a process involving a number of factors’combined effects, the various factors need to be analyzed individually. Articles from Tianjin existing planning the construction of affordable housing projects, firstly introduces the status of its implementation, the spatial distribution characteristics and problems, understand the situation Tianjin plans to build the number and distribution of the supply of affordable housing status quo; then according to the resident housing Towns demand-scale sample survey of housing needs of a large sample, and the land size of affordable housing demand forecasting model, the calculated potential security objects, through analysis and measurement Tianjin amount of affordable housing supply and demand relationship, to obtain protection of objects based on demand supply of affordable housing land area.And then combined with the economic interests of the government perspective and the perspective of people’s livelihood residents to determine the impact of each factor to protect the layout of the room space, using analytic hierarchy process to build influencing factors evaluation index system of affordable housing spatial layout, calculate the weight of each major factors.
