| The study focus on the core word "belonging".Take XY institute as the research prototype and young employees as the research object,in-depth analysis on the influence factors of the sense of belonging of young employees in XY institute was made on the basis of relevant theories study.The study was made by the questionnaire and individual cases interview.Measures to strengthen the sense of belonging were put forward.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the XY institute and its similar units in improving the sense of belonging of young employees.Belonging is the feeling which unconsciously formed in the long-term work environment.This feeling is refers to the achievement,identity and sense of worth,a sense of security,sense of mission the employees have for the company in thought,psychological and emotional.The sense of belonging directly affects the enthusiasm and effectiveness of employees' participation in the activity,which directly affects the employees' recognition and pride of the organization's vision.For employees,belonging reflects self-discipline,self-motivation and self-worth.For enterprises,belonging reflects the core values of the organization,team cohesion and organizational execution.The XY institute is the largest research institute of a certain device in China.In recent years,due to the continuous expansion of the production scale of XY,the number of staff members has increased dramatically,and most of the new employees are young people who have just graduated.The number of young employees under 35 has reached more than 4,000.In addition,there are diversity in the preparation of categories: the professional system,employment system and labor dispatching are all proportion.There are a variety of positions in the job category: management posts,technical posts and workers' posts are distributed.The diversity of the establishment and the diversity of positions make the sense of belonging of young employees significantly different.The original intention of this study is from my work practice.The XY institute is in transition period.While the young employees are the future of the enterprise,it is the key to strengthen the unit cohesion and competitiveness to promote the satisfaction and sense of belonging of the young employees.Firstly,this article has been clear about the research significance and research ideas.Then determined to use questionnaire and individual cases interview as the main methods to collect information.Finally,take " the research status,theoretical basis,restricting factors and suggestions " as the technical route.In order to enhance the research depth,the basic theory of need hierarchy theory,social exchange theory,organization equity theory and double factor theory are discussed in the second part.Through in-depth study,the main factors influence the sense of belonging of XY institute young employees are vision identity system,the youth system,enterprise culture.As the important content,the three aspects are systematic illustrated in the third chapter,the fourth chapter,the fifth chapter.The sixth chapter puts forward suggestions from three aspects: strengthening vision management,strengthening human resource management and strengthening enterprise culture construction.The conclusion and future prospect of the thesis are explained in the conclusion.In the background of the integration of military and civilian people,how to effectively use the "transfer opportunity" to help the young employees to develop in a positive way can be studied as the main direction of the later research. |
