With the development of the times,the economic system has became diversiform.Befor,the Chinese financial market’s feature that the state-owned commercial bank owns more resource and huge mass has been changed.The Chinese financial market has been diverse these years.In the increasingly fierce competition,the state-owned commercial banks show a series of problems,such as declining performance,reduced profit margins,and increased pressure on employees’ daily work.Driven by these problems,many employees who once believed that entering a state-owned commercial bank equals having "iron rice bowls" are resigning and quiting.This problem cause the loss of employees which is extremely serious amony young people.Here is some statistics from C Bank,which is one of the largest state-owned commercial banks,which shows there is a lot of outstanding young employees choose leaving from W Branch in recent years.The loss employees including a considerable number of high-level and high-educated elites.Affected by the loss employees,there are many negative effects,such as the loss of human capital investment,the loss of customer resources and performance,the morale drain.These factors pose a huge threat to the W branch’s market position in thie region.Based on the situation,the author carried out a system research about the loss of employees in C bank W branch.To take a depth analysis of the loss of young employees in this branch,which maybe solve similar problems in other organazations.During the research,the author mainly take case study method,questionnaire method,interview method,statistical chart analysis method,etc.The author collected and summarized relevant data in the past five years,analyzed the characteristics of young employees and the loss current situation.Overall,the author summarized a series of negative influences which caused by the loss of young employees.At the same time,the author studied and used some theories as the basis of the empirical research,including the Mowbray Intermediary Chain Model,MarchSimon Participant Decision Model,Price Model,etc.Designing the questionnaire,and analyzing the results of each question in the questionnaire with qualitativation and quantification.Particularly,the author analyzed the internal factors affecting the loss of young employees.Through empirical research,it is concluded that the large loss of young employees is mainly due to limited career development,too tight working atmosphere,unsatisfactory salary and welfare standards,and unreasonable performance appraisal system.At this background,the author puts forward corresponding solutions based on the motivational theory,such as optimizing the salary management model,improving the performance management cycle system,broadening the career path of young employees,and creating a good working atmosphere.In addition to the problems and situations studied in this article,the author also try to further reflect the current development of the domestic banking industry under the new situation.It can also provide solutions and methods for banks with similar problems.
