Study On The Effectiveness Of Food Safety Supervision In Villages In Suzhou District,Jiuquan City

China's food safety problem has always been the focus of attention of national people's masses and even during the national two sessions.However,when we pay attention to the food safety in cities,we often ignore the food safety problems in villages and towns.Because of its diversity,concealment and severity,the food safety problem at the township level has become the fuse of many social problems.China's grassroots food safety problems emerge in an endless stream.Reviewing the major food safety incidents that have occurred in China's towns and villages in the past 10 years,it can be said that they are shocking.Food safety accidents frequently challenge the bottom line of Chinese people.The report of the 19 th national congress once again stressed the importance of food safety,and put forward the implementation of food safety strategy,in order to let the masses eat at ease.Food safety management in towns and villages is different from that in cities,which is reflected in the large scope of supervision,the large number of objects to be supervised,the limited technology and the insufficient personnel of supervision.Therefore,it is difficult to supervise,especially for towns and villages in underdeveloped areas in west China.In this paper,the villages and towns in Jiuquan city,western Gansu province were taken as the research objects.By comparing the research status of the effectiveness of food safety supervision at home and abroad,and comparing the domestic food safety supervision mode,the key issue was focused on the effectiveness of food safety supervision in towns and villages according to the synergistic theory and street bureaucracy theory.Article focuses on the study of basic food safety regulatory problems and analysis factors that influence the effectiveness of from the objective validity of food supervision and regulation of the effectivenessof external perception,and the linkage of the regulatory objective performance and subjective control effectiveness three levels.By the status quo of food safety supervision of villages and towns in Suzhou district,for the villages and towns extracted we adopt the method of questionnaire and interview survey,analysis of food safety regulatory problems of villages and towns,excavated countermeasures and suggestions which research and promote food safety regulatory effectiveness from the township level.
