Along with the development of economic globalization,a large number of foreign Banks and financial institutions entered the Chinese market,the market increasingly fierce competition in the financial services industry within the territory of China,the environment for the Postal Savings Bank of China just set up soon and the management and operation are put forward higher requirements.As talents play a more important role in the competition of enterprises,the continuous optimization and perfection of the enterprise training management system plays an increasingly important role in the cultivation of talents.For the Postal Savings Bank of China in Jilin branch(hereinafter referred to as the post office bank in Jilin city branch),the training system preliminary build still has a lot of problems: not combined with the enterprise strategy to reflect demand,training result cannot meet the needs of the employees' work,took a lot of manpower and financial resources,let alone the enterprise training needs talents through training and then reap the benefits.As the post office bank in Jilin branch the changing of market positioning and strategy,"Power small micro enterprise" has become a Jilin city post office bank branch to open its soil,increasing benefits of effective strategic direction.Therefore,it is an urgent task to establish an effective training management system and optimize the training system of Jilin branch of the postal savings bank.First of all,this article read a large amount of relevant training materials about well-known enterprises at home and abroad,summarizes the problems existing in the training management system may,through to the related training in all areas of employee representatives interviews,from training,training lecturer and three point of view,human resource management department to determine the direction of the main problems of the existing training system,to conduct the design of the questionnaire and recycling,summarizes the existing problems of training system;Further combining with the Post office bank Jilin city branch of enterprise strategy,and on the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign advanced enterprise staff training methods,in accordance with the specifications,post responsibilities each post staff should have the quality and skills,and the adjustment of the faculty,course setting and training effect evaluation;Finally,improve the guarantee function of training system.A practical and effective training system for jilin branch of the postal savings bank is designed.Enterprise's competition in the final analysis is the talent competition,the establishment of effective training system is a must for jilin city post office bank branch to carry on the work,this paper optimize the training system,clear the significance of enterprise strategy in the training system,especially pay attention to the emergence and development of the training results,give play to the role of the training on the basis of,to strengthen the staff's ability to learn knowledge and application ability,improve the team overall quality,the optimization of the training system,can make the further development of Jilin city branch post office bank to provide power.
