With the deepening of economic globalization,the enterprise must effectively conformthe interior and exterior resource.The concept of supply chain collaboration is brought forward under the background.The collaborative distribution based on supply-hub is an effective strategy to achieve the collaboration of assemblies supply chain.What's more,the performance evaluationof supply chain collaboration is an important way to improve supply chain processes and the competitive advantage.Firstly,from the perspective of the collaborative operation,according to the study of Balanced Score Card(BSC)model and Supply Chain Operations Reference(SCOR)model and the characteristics of collaborativeoperation based on Supply-hub,the thesis analyzed the factors affectingthe performance of supply chain,and then established the Five-dimensional BSC-SCOR model for evaluating the collaborative performance of supply chain based on Supply-hub.Secondly,this thesis developed a scale for synergistic evaluation,whichin-cludes3dimensions:suppliersand Supply-hub synchronization,Supply-huband manufacturer synchronization,synchronization among suppliers.The scale is revised by pilot study.Apart from the progressive relationship of all the indexes in the evaluation index system,there are also exist mutual influence and tickling among itself.Concerning about the ambiguity and mobility of the evaluation system,this thesis applied the AnalyticNetworkProcess(ANP),dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to comprehensive evaluatethe the synergistic evaluation scale.Finally,on the basis of the actual conditions of the SLsupply chain,this thesiscollectted some relevant statistics in the way of questionnaire and used the BP neural network theory to study and predict the performance assessment results of supply chain.A calculation example of collaborative performance measurement is provided,which shows that the suggested evaluation model is feasible and efficient.It also provides some improving measures in the supply chain performance according to the evaluation outcomes.
