With the development of science & technology and globalization,supply chain management has become an important part of corporate management.The lag of enterprise supply chain management level will affect the efficiency of any node in the upstream and downstream of the supply chain,thus affecting the normal operation of the enterprise.Valves are widely used in the fields of power,petrochemicals,metallurgy,environmental protection,papermaking,and other national economy and infrastructure construction such as water conservancy and urban construction as supporting machinery products.The advanced nature and reliability of the valve are directly related to the normal operation of industrial devices and infrastructure.Therefore,how to optimize the supply chain management of valve companies,help companies re-examine their own supply chain processes,make full use of existing supply chain resources,achieve internal and external synergies,reduce supply chain costs and increase efficiency,it also have profound practical significance.This thesis is based on a comprehensive analysis of domestic and international supply chain optimization and supply chain operation reference model(SCOR model)research,taking the BC company's supply chain as the research object,introducing the SCOR model theory,combining BC company's industry situation and BC company's existing operation process,research on BC company's supply chain optimization based on SCOR model from theory and practice.The specific research work is mainly carried out in the following two aspects:1?From the perspective of theoretical research,the research results of domestic and foreign supply chain optimization and the SCOR model are summarized,and propose the theoretical basis of this research is the SCOR model.Based on the main content of theSCOR model,the hierarchical structure,and the supply chain standard process performance indicator evaluation system,the BC company's supply chain optimization method was designed in conjunction with BC's internal and external environment and operational processes;2 ? From the perspective of case studies,applying theoretical research to practical analysis and designing a BC company's supply chain optimization project is mainly divided into the following three stages:(1)? Status analysis:We conduct diagnosis of BC company's supply chain process execution status and conduct diagnosis of supply chain performance evaluation indicators,identify supply chain process breakpoints among them,and compares the gaps of supply chain performance between its company and benchmarking company in the same industry,so as to clearly define the direction of work and the scope of the optimization work;(2)?Design and implementation:According to the hierarchical structure of the SCOR model,combined with the results of the status analysis in the first phase,the BC company's supply chain process top layer,configuration layer,process element layer are top-down constructed;(3)?Performance analysis:Analysis and summary of the phased performance of BC's supply chain optimization implementation from the perspectives of supply chain process and supply chain performance evaluation indicators.The research results of this thesis can enrich the introduction of the SCOR model theory for the study of enterprise supply chain optimization,and can provide reference for the similar supply chain optimization of valve companies.
